Referencing and delisting conditions
In this section, you will find all the rules you need to follow to ensure that your ticket advertisement is listed on the Castlefest 2025 site, which aims to put several parties in contact with each other with a view to selling a second-hand ticket.
Failure to comply with these rules may result in your ad being refused publication or delisted, i.e. removed from our site.
This section also contains the criteria used to classify ads on our site.
The applicable definitions are those described in the General Terms and Conditions of Use of the Site.
1. Conditions for referencing ads.
1.1. Good practices
Advertisements must :
- relate exclusively to Tickets already issued and held as such by the Seller, which are not stolen, valid and authentic,
- provide for a resale price less than or equal to the face value of the Ticket,
- tickets only authorised for resale, not falsified, misappropriated or stolen,
- be updated immediately, or deleted if necessary, in the event of a change to one of its essential characteristics (price, availability),
1.2 Prohibitions
Advertisements must not :
- be placed online by a Seller acting in a professional capacity,
- be put online as a regular feature without the organiser's authorisation,
- relate to Ticket(s) that are prohibited from being resold, exchanged or donated under the terms and conditions of sale of the organiser or distributor from whom they were purchased.
1.3. Dereferencing
In the event of a breach of the provisions of this article or of the regulations, Resale (See Tickets) reserves the right, in particular, to:
- not to publish an advert on the Site,
- carry out checks on the IP addresses used by the Seller and request supporting documents,
- make access impossible and/or remove from the Site (without compensation) as soon as it becomes aware of any advertisements that are illegal in terms of legal obligations,
- to deregister Users who have not respected their commitments and the provisions of these General Terms and Conditions of Use,
- to deregister Sellers whose advertisements give rise to more than two complaints (see article 11.3 hereof),
- suspend advertisements that have been reported to it as fraudulent or erroneous without notice or compensation.
2. Conditions for classifying ads.
By default, adverts are sorted and displayed in chronological order: the last advert published in a category will appear first in the advert results page within the relevant category and according to the criteria selected.
Ads are classified by category, and on each results page you can filter by price and publication date.
