How to list your tickets on the ticket exchange?
For certain events, you can resell your tickets securely and legally.
Is it legal?
Our resale service complies with French legislation on ticket resale and is subject to the terms of use of the resale platform.
Is it a secure service?
We provide a secure service for both buyers and sellers.
For you as a seller:
All transactions are secured. Our service complies with the latest banking regulations, which require that money is not held in our accounts but by a payment institution — in this case, Stripe.
For the buyer:
Tickets listed for resale are verified and certified. When a ticket is resold, we invalidate the barcode of the original ticket and issue a new barcode on the ticket sent to the buyer. This guarantees access to the event.
How much does the resale service cost?
Listing a resale ad is free. You can offer your tickets to other fans without any fees as a seller.
If your tickets are sold, you’ll receive the original amount you paid for them.
How to put your tickets up for sale?
- After clicking the “Resell a ticket” button, you will need to log in using the email address you used to purchase the tickets. You’ll then receive an email titled "Email address verification" (check your spam folder) to confirm your email.
- You will be able to retrieve your tickets eligible for resale and confirm the listing by clicking on the “Resell this ticket” button.
- The resale price you choose cannot exceed the face value (the price printed on the ticket). You cannot resell tickets if your bank account is located outside the SEPA zone. Depending on the event, you may either request your payment once the sale is finalized or after a date defined by the organizer. This information will be indicated at the time of listing, as well as in your confirmation email.
Is resale limited to certain types of tickets?
All ticket types are eligible for resale: e-tickets and m-tickets.
Certain discounted tickets, such as child fares or tickets requiring eligibility proof (student, senior, employee benefit, invitation, etc.), may not be authorized for resale.
Do I have to sell all the tickets in my order?
No, you can choose to sell only some of the tickets from your order and keep the rest.
What are the processing fees?
We are transparent and display all fees during your order and at the time of confirmation.
Processing fees include platform operation costs as well as banking fees.
I've sold my ticket – what happens next?
Once your ticket is sold, you will receive an email confirming the sale.
Important: As soon as your ticket is purchased by another fan, its barcode is invalidated, and you can no longer use it.
You can request a transfer from your “My Payments” section.
I haven’t sold my ticket – can I still attend the event?
As long as it hasn't been sold, your ticket still belongs to you, and you can attend the event.
If you decide to attend, you must deactivate your listing to prevent the ticket from being sold before the event.
Remember: once your ticket is bought by another fan, its barcode is invalidated, and you can no longer use it.
I no longer want to sell my ticket. What should I do?
It’s simple! Just log in to your account and deactivate your listing — as long as your ticket hasn’t already been purchased.
